Varietal, great white flowery, with some hints of acacia, not intrusive, but not discreet either. On the palate dry, but there is a slight feeling of sweetness due to the high alcohol, which is not burning, good acidity, it can be used for quite a lot of diches, pure fresh grapey taste, with a small mineral bitterness. Fine, slightly vibrant medium+ finish
Recommended serving temperature: 8-10 °C.

Food pairing:

• nice, matured dried ham
• Spanish chorizo and other charcuteries
• paëlla (could it be with fish or mixed also)
• risotto with meat (duck, wild boar), or the same with a tomato sauce on pasta
• cheese fondue
