Grown in the volcanic Dobai Vineyard in Tarcal, this Yellow Muscat opens with expressive aromas of fresh grapes and white blossoms, complemented by delicate notes of citrus and white peach. Pale lemon in colour with subtle green reflections, it is immediately inviting.

While its appearance suggests lightness, the palate reveals remarkable depth and texture. Lively, vibrant acidity provides freshness and balance, supporting the variety’s aromatic character. Flavours of green apple, ripe apple and white-fleshed melon are accompanied by delicate minerality and a hint of white pepper on the finish. Long, pure and elegant, the wine leaves a lasting impression.

• Trout ceviche with coriander and a touch of chilli
• Yellow beetroot tartare marinated with citrus and topped with toasted sunflower seeds
