Former chef during his economic studies and communication director of a multinational company, he was launching and operating his own catering business for two decades. During this period he accomplished his Level 4 studies at WSET London. Fort he last ten years he is acting as advisor for restaurants in food & beverages, organising food & wine events worldwide, teacher at Wine College in Budapest and proofreading expert for the first Hungarian food tv channel TvPaprika.
